For the Wings:
2 lbs chicken wings, tips removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
For the Honey Mustard Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prep the Wings: In a large bowl, combine chicken wings, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using). Toss to coat.
Bake the Wings: Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
Make the Honey Mustard Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
