We sign either a 6-month or 12-month lease, pay monthly rent and provide a deposit, like a typical tenant. Dahgeo Stays then works as your host handling all management so you can enjoy the same hands-off cash flow as you would with an ordinary tenant.
We lease vacant units directly, then stage & furnish them before listing them on Chanel Managers such as Air BNB, VRBO, Booking.com, and many others for nightly bookings.
