I embarked on an extraordinary journey to the United States (Completely Legal😂) from Costa Rica 12 years ago, driven by an unyielding passion and an insatiable drive to succeed in this remarkable land of opportunity. With unwavering determination, I have navigated challenges, trusting that God guided me to Rochester, NY, with a purpose. I am deeply humbled and grateful. We are honored to have you as our loyal customers; thank you for your unwavering trust, support, patience, and kindness. The past three days have been remarkably busy; thank you for sharing our posts and our Restaurant Facebook page. We appreciate BTB Restaurant and Taco Dero for sharing our content with their customers. I am profoundly moved by the outpouring of love and appreciation we are receiving from all of you. We will continue to strive for excellence with the support of all of you; please remember that you are our greatest ambassadors, and we rely on you to spread the word about our Pura Vida Ville. Pura Vida Ville Family.

What Pura vida means ! Is a phrase used in Costa Rica on various occasions, but especially as a response to greetings ("How are you?" = “Pura vida") and is equivalent to "very good", although there are Costa Ricans who give it a broader and deep interpretation.
The "pura vida" symbolizes for Costa Ricans the simplicity of good living, the attachment to humility, abundance, exuberance, well-being, joy, satisfaction, conformity, happiness and optimism, associated with the art of appreciating good looks in what is simple and natural, the art of good living. And little by little it became the main letter of introduction of the Costa Ricans . Pura vida! Today it is his saint and sign. Today the expression is so closely linked to Costa Rican language and culture that it constitutes a "group-community brand" that transcends borders and shows the particular way Costa Ricans to see the world.
